Manual Deadweight Calibration Systems are the universal method for all low uncertainty and traceable load cell calibration procedures. Manual methods are the most cost effective method for load in the 0-100 lb range. Honeywell Sensotec has many years of experience in design of test stands and calibration rigs. Key design features of all of the low uncertainty calibration stands lies in very low side loading and true perpendicularity. Each system can be supplied with traceable weights and fully-documented uncertainty analysis.
