Honeywell Sensotec’s TRUE wet/wet differential pressure transducers and transmitters designed for potential applications requiring both high line pressure and low differential pressure are truly unique to the pressure sensing industry. With ranges from ±0.5 psid to 10,000 psid, line pressures from 500 psi to 5,000 psig, and accuracies from 0.1% FS to 0.5% FS we offer pressure sensing solutions not available from any other manufacturer.

Honeywell Sensotec’s wet/wet differential pressure transducers are bi-directional with built-in overload protection and media isolation diaphragms for each pressure port. The welded stainless steel design can be customized with a variety of pressure ports and diaphragm materials providing compatibility with a broad range of fluids.

These units are potentially ideal for flow measurement, depth sensing, pressure equalization, liquid level, and process control measurement. A miniature version wet/wet differential pressure transducer is well suited for potential aerospace, chemical, and nuclear applications.

The Model 420 is a true wet/wet differential pressure with 4 to 20 mA loop output. It is potentially ideal for steam management, bulk liquid inventory control, and flow measurement.

Additional options, such as an explosion proof design, intrinsically safety (Class I, Div I), and extended thermals are available. The Model FDW is part of Honeywell Sensotec’s quick ship program and can be delivered in two weeks or less.
